The date for the RIBBON CUTTING next week has been changed to Friday, May 7, 8:15 a.m. at Second Hand Rose, 100 E. Shell Point Road, in Ruskin. To celebrate the boutique's one-year anniversary, the Ruskin-SouthShore Chamber will host the ribbon cutting, followed by an open house until noon.
Second Hand Rose is a thrift shop operated by Mary and Martha House, a non-profit 501(c)3 located in Ruskin, Florida that has cared for battered and homeless women and their dependent children since 1982.
